Returns
Food products are not returnable unless it is due to an error
on our part. If this should occur, please notify us within 10
days of receipt. No returns without prior authorization.
Damaged Goods
Every effort is made to assure that your purchases arrive safely
and without damage. In the event that your purchase is damaged
during shipping, please notify either the carrier or Auntie Rose
within 5 days of receipt - saving all damaged products. Auntie
Rose is not responsible for damage due to excessive heat or
improper handling of a purchase. |
